Grupo RiC is entitled to treat your data because they are necessary to maintain our commercial relationship, provide the requested service and execute the contract. If you do not provide us with the data, it is impossible for us to provide the service. Your data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality to manage our business relationship and be able to provide the requested service. The data will be kept while the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations. The contact data, consisting of personal data necessary to inform you about the event, will be kept until the deletion is requested to the following address: info@gruporic.com

Cancellation policy

Cancellations or changes of name must be communicated by email to the Technical Secretariat: Reunions i Ciencia (growthvsclimate2024@gruporic.com).

Up to 90 days before the event the total payment will be refunded except for 30 euros charged as administration fee.
Between 89 to 30 days before of the event the refunded will be 50% of the total contribution.
From 29 days on, cancellations will not be entitled to a refund, but name changes will be accepted up to 15 days before the event.

Accommodation: A limited number of rooms are available at the Exe Campus Hotel, next to the venue. Reservations must be made by e-mail, indicating CONGRESS GVC24 in the subject line (reservas@hotelexecampus.com). The room rate is 72€ with breakfast (VAT included, tourist tax not included).
